Since young, I love food and hated exercise. I would save up all my pocket money just to buy snacks.

I’m one of the fattest in school.  My friends used to make fun of me all the time.

As time goes by, I can’t take it anymore.

I think I deserve a better life. I wanted to get slim.

I started off by reducing all the carbohydrates intake such as rice and sweet food. My daily meal would be oats for breakfast, apples, and yogurt during lunch and dinner.

Wow! I lost 8kgs of weight immediately since the diet for the first 2 months.

Coming to the 3rd month, I thought I would lose some weight too….

But…

I noticed my weight no longer reduce after 3rd month.

I reduced my food to an even smaller portion just to lose weight. Using my willpower to go through the suffering month.

After a month…

I’ve lost 18 kgs in 6 months! Transforming from 81kg to 64kg.

I was born to be a natural skinny boy. I only weighed 55kg when I was 17. However, my life took a complete turn when I was studying abroad in Australia.

Soon after graduation, I worked as an account auditor. Meanwhile having to certify myself as CPA Australia and MIA members’ accountant. I was so busy and stress during that period.

Eventually, I resorted to a very unhealthy diet. After a few months of binge eating, I put on a huge amount of weight to 81kg.

During this period, I lost my confidence and having low self-esteem. I did not wish to partake in any social activity due to my outlook.

Things changed when I met my mentor in fitness. I managed to transform myself into a healthy, fit and confident person.

Inspired by my mentor, I take a further step and pursue my passion for fitness. Equipped myself with health and fitness knowledge and get certified as an ISSA personal trainer.
