  2. Immediately received 150 Reward Points which worth RM 15
  3. Shopping on the website
  4. Add to cart the desired item(s)
  5. Check out the shopping cart
  6. Check the desired item quantity or other detail
  7. Apply if ANY promotion/voucher code OR reward points
  8. Click “Calculate Shipping”, choose your location and click “Update Totals”
  9. Click “Proceed to checkout” in the shopping cart
  10. Fill up shipping information
  11. Choose the payment method
  12. Check out order
  13. Make payment

How much is your delivery fees?

Shipping fee calculation is as below:

West Malaysia – RM6
East Malaysia – RM12

When will I receive my purchase?

Our customers call it “Flash Shipping”!
Grindz aims to deliver within the time agreed upon when you checkout. Under normal circumstance, you will be able to receive your purchase within 1-3 working days.

However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped out from our warehouse as fast as possible except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control, for example, courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.

RETURN

How do I return an item?

We want you to absolutely love your Grindz purchase. If you’d like to return an item, we will do everything we can (within reason) on this journey to gorgeousness together!

You can only send it back to us with the following terms & conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Only product in original unopened packaging may be return
  • Items bought during promotional events (e.g. Anniversary, Hari Raya Sales or X’MAS) are not eligible for return and exchange.

Reward Points

Can I post 3 photos of 1 order on my Instagram and get 150 credits?

No. One order only can redeem one instagram reward points.

Are my credits transferable to cash?

No. All the voucher or reward points cannot transfer to cash.
